We’re delighted to share the fantastic results from our first resident satisfaction survey.
Residents were invited to respond to a series of statements using a scale from “strongly disagree” to “strongly agree.” We are incredibly proud to report that every resident selected “strongly agree” for each statement, reflecting their positive experiences within our service.
Residents strongly agreed that:
- They feel safe and secure in their home and wider environment
- Their voice is respected, heard, and advocated for, allowing them to influence the support they receive
- They have a space they feel proud of, within comfortable, well-maintained, and stable accommodation
- They receive high-quality, tailored support that helps sustain their health and wellbeing
- They have strong, trusting, and meaningful relationships within their support system and with staff
- They feel empowered to learn and develop skills for independent living
- They feel positive about their future and the opportunities available to them as a result of the support they receive
Residents also shared some wonderful feedback. One commented, “The support staff are great,” while another described Egret as “an amazing place.”
This feedback is a testament to the dedication and hard work of the Egret Homes team. We are proud of what has been achieved and look forward to continuing to provide high-quality support for our residents.
