Egret Care is proud to announce its membership with the Restraint Reduction Network (RRN), demonstrating our ongoing commitment to providing safe, respectful and trauma-informed care for the children and young people we support.
As an RRN member, Egret Care aligns with national standards that promote the reduction of restrictive practices and ensure restraint is used only as a last resort. This approach supports our focus on dignity, empathy and positive behaviour support across all our homes.
Our training meets the Restraint Reduction Network Training Standards, independently certified by the British Institute of Learning Disabilities (BILD), giving reassurance that our staff are skilled in de-escalation, communication and proactive care.
Becoming part of the RRN is an important step in our mission to create supportive, empowering
environments where every young person feels safe, respected and understood.
